All transactions are considered final. By confirming a service with Express Partners Courier, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

Express Partners Courier is committed to providing reliable, professional, and timely courier services. While every effort is made to ensure accurate and secure delivery, the company shall not be held liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by, but not limited to:
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the sender;
• Circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, accidents, or actions of third-party carriers;
• Customs, inspection, or regulatory delays.
All claims or disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. However, no monetary refunds shall be granted.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipment details — including recipient name, address, contact number, and item information — are accurate and complete prior to dispatch.
Hello Express Courier will not be held liable for failed deliveries, delays, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
